製作雪Q餅或雪花餅，無論葷、素，棉花糖絕對是關鍵，必須在流動、黏著以及彈性三種特性之間取得平衡，傳統明膠原料製成的棉花糖在不受潮的情況下對於這三種特性的掌握相當優異，但這也就是為甚麼我們需要耗費將近兩年的時間，終於開發出這款以蛋白粉及海藻膠配方取代明膠的素食棉花糖，最終並採用兩個不同配方上市：
【Q - 一般版】較為密實、Q彈的口感適用於直接食用、加入飲料、燒烤或製作夾心餅乾等點心用，口感及香氣十分接近市面上葷食的棉花糖。
【J - 巨大版】一般版的巨大化版本，串烤BBQ大口滿足！
【S - 烘焙師版】鬆軟口感，易於再加熱融流，且與餅乾、堅果、果乾的結合度佳，並且具有一定程度的Q彈口感，特別調整用於製作素食雪Q餅、雪花餅的加工原料。烘焙師版的特殊配方對於溫度及壓力較為敏感，經過運輸或儲藏可能產生融合是正常現象，請消費者無須擔心品質。

The most important ingredient of making marshmallow biscuits, is for sure, the Marshmallow. It has to gain balance in between elasticity, stickiness and fluidity to perform easy operate, well binding and bite texture. Traditional gelatin based marshmallow are doing good with that, however it is also the reason why that took us almost two years to find the formula to replace gelatin with egg-white and algae gel. Finalize with two versions of vegetarian marshmallow.

[S - Soft n Tender] Easy to melt with good fluidity and easy to bind with cracker, nuts, and dried fruits. While keeps the sponginess texture. Specially developed for vegetarian marshmallow biscuits (snow crisps) and other similar applications.

[Q - Spongy Bouncy] Denser texture, tastes very close to traditional marshmallow products. Put it into coffee, bake it in oven or on fire or squeeze it in between crackers. There are so many different ways to enjoy it!
[J - Jumbo Fun] Made it big. The Q version comes in 2cm in diameter. This Jumbo size is 3.5cm. Bigger size, bigger fun!
